On the State Level


The 65th legislative session will begin on January 2, 2017.

Montana elections are on June 7 (primary) and November 8 (general). To see who has filed for office, click here.

The 64th legislative session adjourned on April 28. We were involved in several bills related to credit unions, including HB 550 (Memo) to modernize the state credit union act, and SB 53 to revise credit union board of director duties. Read the Legislative Summary to learn more and contact us with any questions.

State Government Officials

Thoughtful constituent input is very important to elected and appointed officials. Please be ready to call, email, or write a letter to your legislator. To locate your representative or senator, click on the “Find Your Legislator” link to your right.
